Everyone is anticipating it. It's exciting in Fairbanks. The sunshine, the memories, the spring fever that doesn't go away till August. It's absolutely amazing.
I wish you could be here with me.
There are certain things I love about summer. Swing sets, the midnight sun, sidewalks. I love the blue of the sky, and the big pillow-y clouds that don't threaten your sunshiny day. Softball on Thursday and Friday nights. Picnics. Walking the dog. Going to the lake and playing the water. Hanging out with friends till 4am because it's still light out. 1am barbeques on my birthday.
Why can't you be here to enjoy it with me?
Nonetheless, I'll love summer just as much as I always do. It'll just be hard to do it with out you. <3
